Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the Little Snowie Max different from other home ice shavers?

The Little Snowie Max is the fastest home ice shaver in the world — it produces perfectly fluffy snow in just 3 seconds and fills an 8-oz cup in 5 seconds or less. It uses a professional-grade motor with 301 stainless steel blades, the same quality you'd find at a shaved ice stand.

What kind of ice does Little Snowie Max use?

Any ice, any shape. The Little Snowie Max accepts ice cubes of all shapes and sizes — no special molds, no pre-freezing required. Just use what's already in your freezer.

What's the difference between powders and ready-to-use syrups?

Powders are the most cost-effective option — each stick makes 1 pint of syrup and stores easily. Ready-to-use syrups come pre-mixed for convenience, available in pints and gallons. Same great flavors, different formats for different needs.

How big is the Little Snowie Max? Will it fit on my counter?

Compact by design — 16" tall, 8" wide, 14" deep, and 11 lbs. Easy to carry, store, and clean.

Does Little Snowie Max come with a warranty?

Yes — every Little Snowie Max includes a one-year hassle-free warranty.
